This summer I was very productive with many art making adventures! Here are just a few of my fun projects I finished during my summer vacation. |
I created some 12 by 12" stamples for Mrs. O'Leary's using Artful Illusions stamps and collaged paper layers. |
This is a project my friend Kristin and I created for her new house. We found the idea on Pinterest along with lots more inspiring projects to complete next time! |
We cut the background stencils and birds using the Cricut. |
I used left over supplies from the bird canvases and some awesome finds from the thrift store to make this great assemblage inspired by Tracie Lyn Huskamp. |
My friend Jennifer and I painted the walls in her new "at home studio" with fun flowers, frames and this tree! (the butterfly is a large decorative sticker) |
I made this little copper book at Art Unplugged at Mrs. O'leary's in June. |
I used some of my family heritage pictures and sunflower pictures for the pages. It was great fun to personalize the project! I also learned a lot of new ideas and techniques for book pages with this project. Thanks Joni for such a great workshop and book idea!
Oh! And I made a quilt too!!! My sister and I took a guilt class from Leslie at Material Girls Quilt Shoppe in Wichita. We had lots of fun and learned a great new hobby! |
These are beautiful, I especially love the birds!
